Mary had a little lamb... and so does Luke!

An exciting day on the farm, Luke's sheep have arrived! He was able to source 40 hair sheep ewes from a farm in Missouri. The sheep are a mixture of breeds, including Katahdin, St. Croix, Barbados Blackbelly, and Dorper crosses. These ewes will be spending their winter grazing pasture here on the farm.

We turned Clark's rams in with the flock a little while later in November. Needless to say they were eager to get the job done. Can't wait to see how cute the lambs turn out in April!
